This place is a great choice for exploring the city, I had a lot of fun and the staff were very attentive.

Its location was stunning, very close to many key areas, and Darling Harbour, Barangaroo and the Rocks. There were quiet & bright rooms with an enormous bed, a balcony, shower. Really good staff, gave a lot of tourist information...

Got the same well stocked and well laid out room with a balcony booked online, loved that.

Although our stay was short we thoroughly enjoyed The Observatory Hotel and would not hesitate to stay for longer next time.

I particulary liked the quiet efficiency of the place - i5t ran so smoothly.

The room here was spotless and had a terrace, a separate bath, and a king-size bed, and the staff were the friendliest and most polite I've ever encountered.

This hotel is beautifully appointed with very helpful employees with exceptional service-far superior to other hotels I have stayed at in Australia. The property's location is absolutely perfect, just next door to many key areas, Australia and New Zealand, and the Langham. The dinner in the refurbished restaurant is what you need...

Loved the decor, the facilities were outstanding and the room was lovely and spotless. The outstanding feature was the staff. Outstanding service and unfailingly polite, courteous and helpful. We were very well looked after. Well done.

Some very minor issues. A room lamp was out, a bedside telephone had a sticking hook and would not answer when picked up (but there were 3 other phones) and the bill was not slid under the door the night before check out as promised. Otherwise, room servicing was outstanding.

The hotel is unique and fairly clean. Everything is second to none. The staff are amazingly attentive and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Their rooms are always beautifully maintained and brand-new with a gorgeous marbled bathroom and king-size bed. The breakfast was hot, and we loved the huge variety of meals. Great service and outstanding food. Overall excellent facilities with convenient parking.

The hotel had a boutique feel about it. I particuklalry liked the reading room and bar downstairs. They felt like places you could relax in.
