    Its location was stunning, very close to many key areas, and Darling Harbour, Barangaroo and the Rocks. There were quiet & bright rooms with an enormous bed, a balcony, shower. Really good staff, gave a lot of tourist information...

    This hotel suits me perfectly. Great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and an indoor pool. I fondly remember the staff bringing me a bottle of water at night. Definitely.

    We chose a Beautiful King City View room, and the comfort was off the charts. The bathroom? It was spacious and included a heated towel rail-seriously luxurious!

    It wasn't cheap, but honestly, the experience was worth it.

    Loved the decor, the facilities were outstanding and the room was lovely and spotless. The outstanding feature was the staff. Outstanding service and unfailingly polite, courteous and helpful. We were very well looked after. Well done.

    Some very minor issues. A room lamp was out, a bedside telephone had a sticking hook and would not answer when picked up (but there were 3 other phones) and the bill was not slid under the door the night before check out as promised. Otherwise, room servicing was outstanding.
